Our new business and marketing teams work to bring new advertisers, publishers and partnerships onto the Awin and ShareASale networks by promoting our network features, announcements and USPs across global and local territories. Find, develop and support the people who make the Awin Group such a great place to be. The HR team is the hub of our culture and people. Dedicated to building, developing and nurturing a dynamic and inclusive culture, the HR team rolls out training across the company, wellbeing initiatives and is the support system for our people. The operations team instill an agile working environment and ensures the smooth and exciting day-to-day running of Awin and ShareASale.

Supporting our advertiser and publisher finance needs alike, while also providing effective business partnering throughout the organization.

On hand to our clients for any technical hitches or questions, our tech services team is the first point of call for our clients. Day to day they are validating tracking requests or debugging clients on-site code. The team works with different technologies and languages, so for anyone looking to develop their coding skills, technical services is a great place to start. The technical services department houses two technical teams. The integrations team supports our growing advertiser base with the implementation of our tracking technology, while our support team offers a range of expertise around the UI and backend systems.

Building the products of the future and developing our tools to be the best in the industry, our engineering teams look to constantly innovate our products and technologies to ensure our platform remains best in the industry. We look for curious minds, someone who takes risks and is keen to experiment with new ideas to continue to develop our services. Working with the latest technologies, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our core infrastructure.
